The recipe for the hummus is Nutritarian Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup shredded Purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cup loose leaf spinach
- 1 sprouted grain tortilla
- 1/2 cup sprouts
- 1/4 cup Nutritarian Hummus (Do not Purchase - see recipe)
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/2 tomato
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm tortilla in the microwave to soften and fill with desired veggies.
RECIPE NOTES
With a veggie wrap, anything goes. Put anything you love inside. The main goal here is to stuff it as full as you can. Side note: This dish is awesome with our Nutritarian Hummus. If you'd rather purchase an oil free hummus at the store, that works too! But we recommend the Nutritarian Hummus, hands down!
