INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Red Lentils
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast walnuts lightly – 300 degrees for 5 minutes
- Toss lentils with seasonings.
- Then put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times until ingredients are mixed together.
