This is the most simple recipe on the blog. It's not a million percent Nutritarian, at least it's not on the 6-week plan (JUICE). But if you're a lifer, this is a slightly cheaty treat that has no added sugar and it's pretty nutrient packed.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour juice into ice cube tray and freeze.
- Once frozen, run ice cubes through a food processor until well blended.
- Scrape the sides of your processor mixing bowl every few minutes to work out lumps.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve sorbet or (for firmer texture) pour mixture into a small baking dish and return to freezer for 2 hours before serving.
