DESCRIPTION SERVINGS:
Baskin Robbins does Daiquiri Ice pretty well.  And it is technically vegan.  Here's a nutritarian version that has no added sugars or artificial anything.  Tart and delicious - perfect for a summer day treat.  Here's a link for natural rum flavor and another for the natural food color if you want to pull off this blue version above.


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend frozen pineapple in a food processor with lime juice, rum extract, and (if you want) blue food color. (Check out ColorKitchenFoods.com for some great natural food color)
  2. Serve immediately as soft-serve ice cream or (for firmer texture) pour mixture into a small baking dish and return to freezer for 2 hours before serving.
