This vegan barbecue veggie dish is SO FUN to include at a barbecue.
INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 Zucchini - Sliced down the center lengthwise
- 3-4 in Ripe Tomatoes - Slicedhalf
- 2 Large Lemons
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay cut zucchini and tomato on a baking sheet and squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill and cumin.
- Heat grill to 400 degrees and place zucchini and tomatoes on the grill
- Grill to your liking.
