INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups loose leaf spinach
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded Purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cans (15 oz) Cooked garbanzo beans
- 1-2 tbsp peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop and toss all vegetables together and serve with Peanut Dressing
