A new take on tacos
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat beans and quinoa
- Bake or sauté sliced bell peppers in skillet
- Mix cooked quinoa and beans in large bowl (cooked)
- Add spices to taste and a small squeez of lime
- Plate on lettuce boats and add guacamole or avacado on top
- Sprinkle brewers yeast if desired
