A new take on tacos


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat beans and quinoa
  2. Bake or sauté sliced bell peppers in skillet
  3. Mix cooked quinoa and beans in large bowl (cooked)
  4. Add spices to taste and a small squeez of lime
  5. Plate on lettuce boats and add guacamole or avacado on top
  6. Sprinkle brewers yeast if desired
