INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a heated pan, water-sauté veggie/bean/corn mix with spices mix until onions have browned slightly. May be sautéd in vegetable broth to add flavor.
  2. Serve mixture over 3/4 cup brown rice with fresh spinach, green onion, and topped with cashew mayo.
