Here's the secret to making a Nutritarian salad 'right... Pretend your fixing to feed a family of 5. And that should be just the right size. Salad is the main dish. Don't ever forget that!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup sprouts (your choice)
- 1 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix salad ingredients along with any other of your favorite fresh, chopped produce and top with SoCal Tahini Dressing!
RECIPE NOTES
This Tahini SoCal salad is sort of a staple. It can be eaten with any dressing... but we're gonna go ahead and recommend the SoCal Tahini dressings for it. Mmm...
