This super simple oil free nutritarian dressing is a good staple to keep in the fridge at all times. It's also easy to keep these ingredients on board at all times as well. Lemon, garlic, tahini... Pretty simple! Just a great basic to keep around.
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator
- Serve with chopped veggies or over salad.
- Salt is not recommended, but if you desire salt, a dash maybe added to taste. We recommend adding it to the top of your food once it's on your plate rather than in the recipe itself.
This dressing can be added to anything, but we love to pair it with this SoCal Tahini Salad!
