INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a heated pan, water saute mushrooms and tofu in vegetable broth.
  2. When mushrooms are soft and brown (3-5 minutes or so) stir in remaining ingredients until greens are soft.


RECIPE NOTES

This dish is seriously SO EASY and a definite go-to when things are busy!  You've got protein from the tofu, plenty of cooked veggies, and it's in the "unlimited" category as it has no added fats or grains.
