INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Dates heated to soften
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch ground cloves
- 1 Bananas sliced and frozen
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice and freeze bananas before starting
- cover dates in 1/3 cup water and microwave on high for one minute. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain water and pour softened/cooled dates into a blender cup along with remaining ingredients
- blend all ingredients until smooth and serve cold!
