This is probably my favorite oil-free / nutritarian salad dressing. The tahini gives it just the perfect toasted flavor. SO GREAT!!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lemons Juiced (1/4 cup)
- 0.25 cup Tahini
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1 Cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 red peppers ground (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Use as a veggie dip or over salads.
- Water to thin if needed
