If there's one thing that gets me through, it's hummus. Tangy, delicious hummus. Throw in some roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, or in this case, avocado and cilantro.... anything goes with these no-oil hummus recipes!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Cooked garbanzo beans
- 2-4 Cloves garlic peeled
- 3-4 tbsp Lemons juiced
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Loose leaf cilantro
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 red pepper dash
INSTRUCTIONS
- Open and drain one can of garbanzo beans and pour into blender. Open the second can but leave the juice, undrained. Blend with remaining ingredients on high until smooth. (Water to thin)
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
