INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups shredded Purple cabbage and/or green cabbage
- 1 cup Cooked quinoa
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1/3 cup Cashews chopped, toasted
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 green onion sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ingredients
- Toss with your favorite dressing
- Optional – Edamame
