  1. Place all ingredients into a blender cup and blend on high until smooth
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for an extra dash of fun


RECIPE NOTES

This smoothie is so simple and delicious, I'm only ashamed that I hadn't thought of it before.  Apple, Almond Milk, Oats, Date, and a pinch of cinnamon.  SO GOOD.  A perfect nutritarian breakfast or dessert.
