INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple
- 3 tablespoons steel cut oats
- 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Dates (pitted)
- pinch ground cinnamon
- ice (I use about a cup)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender cup and blend on high until smooth
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top for an extra dash of fun
RECIPE NOTES
This smoothie is so simple and delicious, I'm only ashamed that I hadn't thought of it before. Apple, Almond Milk, Oats, Date, and a pinch of cinnamon. SO GOOD. A perfect nutritarian breakfast or dessert.
