INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line pan with parchment paper
  3. Cut potatoes into equal-sized pieces, around an inch long and thick
  4. Place potatoes on baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs. Toss until seasonings are distributed evenly.
  5. Place in the oven for 40 minutes - turning half way through to ensure that all sides brown.
  6. Remove from oven and taste - adjust seasonings if necessary. Salt may be used once served.
  7. Potatoes may be eaten as is, but they're delicious with Creamy Citrus Dressing drizzled over the top. See recipe in Toppers/Dressings.


RECIPE NOTES

These oil-free roasted garlic potatoes are amazing just on their own.  But drizzle a bit of the creamy citrus dressing on them and they are just divine.  Did I say drizzle?  I think meant to type "smother." They're vegan.  They're gluten free.  They're nutritarian.  They're delicious.
