INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 tablespoons shallots
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Dates
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve over salad.
- Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
