  1. In a heated pan, water saute mushrooms, onion, celery, and garlic until fragrant
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes
  3. To make creamy, add 2 teaspoons of nutritarian hummus to each serving
  4. garnish with cilantro and enjoy
