RECIPE NOTES
Here's one of the best tips I'll ever give for cooking with salsas: don't skimp. When a recipe includes salsa, I don't mean.. just pick up a jar next time you're at the grocery store. Whenever salsa in included as an ingredient, it becomes the foundation of your recipe's flavor. So, remember that time you sat down at your local Mexican restaurant and swooned over how amazing their salsa was? Order a pint to take home! That delicious flavor will be the secret to making this soup a crown pleaser.
