- 1 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup pinto beans canned (or use Home-cooked Pinto Beans - see recipe)
- 2 tablespoons olives sliced
- 3 tablespoons salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy. Top with your favorite salsa
