Vegan and Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons Agar-Agar Flakes or agar powder only use 1 teaspoon
- 3/4 cup Purple Grape Juice 100% fruit juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup green grapes quartered or sliced
- 1 cup water
- 3 teaspoons liquid stevia or monk fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pot stir together the agar, water, juice, and sweetener, grapes, and pineapple.
- Heat the pot and its contents on low heat for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and pour into serving glasses or a serving dish.
- Place into the refrigerator for about 3 hours or until set to a jello jiggle.
