INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cups Avocado or optional nuts
- ¼ cups shredded Purple cabbage
- 1 celery stalks
- 1 cups cucumber
- 1/2 cans (15 oz) Cooked garbanzo beans (1/2 cup)
- 1 cups Shredded Carrots
- 2 cups loose leaf spinach Optional: fresh green of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop vegetables and toss with your favorite nutritarian dressing.
- Top with garbanzo beans.
