INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups kale chopped
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup cranberries or raisins
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss all ingredients and serve with your favorite dressing or fresh squeezed lemon juice. I recommend the pomegranate dressing or the pecan balsamic dressing. Link included in recipe notes!!
