INGREDIENTS
- 1 cups brown rice cooked
- 5 spears Broccoli lightly steamed
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cans (15 oz) Cooked garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cups shredded Purple cabbage and/or green cabbage
- 1/2 cups Shredded Carrots
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place 1 cup of cooked brown rice rice in a bowl and garnish with toppings.
- Drizzle with your favorite sauce or dressing OR EAT AS IS!
RECIPE NOTES
When "whole food plant based" is your jam, you learn to really just throw your food into a bowl and eat is as you see it. The Buddha Bowl is a classic WFPB dish where this is exactly the name of the game. Start with a base of rice or quinoa, add your veggies, beans, fruit, WHATEVER YOU WANT, and either drizzle with your favorite sauce or eat AS IS!
