Black bean fajitas are the easiest, quickest, and most delicious Nutritarian menu item around. That's my anthem this week. SO GOOD.


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Saute fajita veggies and mushrooms in vegetable broth.
  2. Add seasonings and black beans and cook down for 5 minutes
  3. Fill warm tortillas with mixture and your favorite toppings: ex, avocado, lime salsa, ect.
