- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 Bananas
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 date
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- In a high speed blender, blend almond milk and date until date is well assimilated.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, layer berries, banana, and top with rolled oats and almond milk.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Serve hot.
I recommend quadrupling the almond milk/date mixture and storing in the refrigerator to be used for other oatmeal recipes throughout the week!
