You’ve just wrapped up your first week on Eat to Live and, by now, you should be seeing and feeling some changes.  It true that detox symptoms may be setting in at this point (headache, fatigue, and possibly some cravings for old foods), but if you’ve been consistent with the program, you should also see some positive changes as well.  Most of our community members see between 2 and 7 pounds of weight loss during the first week. That can be such an encouragement at this phase of the game.  But I’d love to give you even more incentive to keep going at this!
