Raw nuts and seeds – walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, Chia seeds
Ingredients for homemade soups – carrots, celery, garlic, onions, zucchini, fresh and dried herbs, leaks, turnips, dried beans, lentils…
Other staples – flavored and balsamic vinegars, lemon, tomato sauce, salsa, avocado, tofu, Edamame, oats
