I am 52 year old woman who has had significant weight gain in the last five years. I worked primarily at a desk and worked long hours with little sleep for the last several years. The result is I would like to loose 75-80 lbs over the next year. This will be good for me as it will help with my blood pressure and sleep issues. I have been working out for the past year and have already lost 40lbs but need to put my diet in check. I have been eating high carbs, no meat but have not seen much weight loss. I am hoping that the 6 week program will jumpstart my weight loss.
