 Hi, I’m Nikki. I’m doing the 6-week Eat to Live Challenge to cement my desire to live a plant-based lifestyle. As a mum to four young children, I want to show them how to live a life of abundant health that is free of food addictions and other health problems. My plan is to learn how to enjoy nourishing and loving my body, lose 55 pounds and never have a weight problem again! I also plan to take up running and make exercise a part of my daily self-care routine. xx
