DESCRIPTION SERVINGS:
This is the most simple recipe on the blog.  It's not a million percent Nutritarian, at least it's not on the 6-week plan (JUICE).  But if you're a lifer, this is a slightly cheaty  treat that has no added sugar and it's pretty nutrient packed.


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour juice into ice cube tray and freeze.
  2. Once frozen, run ice cubes through a food processor until well blended.
  3. Scrape the sides of your processor mixing bowl every few minutes to work out lumps.
  4. Serve immediately as soft-serve sorbet or (for firmer texture) pour mixture into a small baking dish and return to freezer for 2 hours before serving.
