  1. Slice and freeze bananas before starting
  2. cover dates in 1/3 cup water and microwave on high for one minute. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Drain water and pour softened/cooled dates into a blender cup along with remaining ingredients
  4. blend all ingredients until smooth and serve cold!
