INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cups mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 Cloves garlic 2-3 if they’re small
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard ground
- 1 cans white beans drained northern
- 1 cups light coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a heated pan, water sauté chopped onions, mushrooms, and chopped garlic with 1-2 tablespoons water.
- Cook on medium heat util they begin to brown.
- Add tarragon and ground mustard.
- Blend heated mixture and remaining ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Add water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
