I have breakfast and lunch nailed, but dinner and home time are huge challenges. I am really struggling since I fell off the wagon on December 24th. I am not whining, just learning. Elisha’s weekly coaching session addressed addiction and how foods trigger dopamine levels. Dr. Fuhrman talks about this as well.
I have to decide what I want most. I need to CHOOSE the discomfort until it becomes comfortable. There will always be stress, food situations, and choices to make. My dream is to become so strongly Nutritarian that eating WFPB becomes 2nd nature.
Action Plan: Make time…time to prep food, time to read things like Bright Line Eating, and time for self- care.
I love having my oven working. I roasted veggies this week.
