My 6 weeks has had a terrible ending.  I made it 5 strong weeks and fell off for week 6 only had one compliant day in the whole last week.  I feel puffy all over disappointed in myself.  I will not be sharing before and after pictures as I feel my after at this point would look just like my before picture.  I have a decided a couple things moving forward.  1. I am continuing with the journaling process 2. I need a kick in the right direction, I will be joining the ETL challenge that is starting shortly on facebook 3. I am planning a vacation at the end of April, I will let that me my motivation to stay on track for the next two months.  I wish I had better stuff to report today, but I am still trying to get myself back together eating wise.  I am just so frusterated at this moment, that I feel like I’m back in the same place that I started on January 1st.  I will update again soon and hopefully it will be a more positive update of being back on track.
