It’s no secret that a whole-food, plant-based diet is the fast track to over-all health and weight loss. The PROBLEM is that we live in a world where junk food is cheap and plentiful. How many times have you started a clean food diet only to fold? Join the club. This is something that almost all of us experience. That’s why I developed this JUMPSTART! After years of yo-yo dieting, I recognized that I needed three things in order to be successful: KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORT, and ACCOUNTABILITY. That is what this experience provides.
How The Challenge Works
Once registered, here’s what happens:
I send you a confirmation email with challenge materials (see challenge materials below) and a link to your private Facebook group.
Using the program outlined in Eat to Live, we spend 4 weeks together, living this lifestyle TO A TEE.
Challenge participants are encouraged to check in regularly to report progress, challenges, recipe ideas, and support to other members.
Within 4 weeks time, most participants experience the loss of toxic food cravings, increased energy, and, or course, WEIGHT LOSS.
Whether you’re new at this and you need an immersion program to get you started, or you’ve been living this way for a long time but you need to get serious, you’re in the right place.
The primary curriculum for this challenge is the book, Eat to Live, written by Joel Fuhrman. Ongoing research consistently reinforces the efficacy of this program. Dr. Fuhrman outlines a simple, easy-to-apply diet plan for those who need to lose weight and overcome health issues. This is the program that we use in this challenge. Understanding these life-changing principles will be one important key to your success!
Dieting can be a lonely road.. having to explain yourself every time you’re at dinner with friends, making up excuses as to why you’re not ordering your normal soda with your meal… it can be painful. And without support or understanding from your family and friends, it’s easy to cave to temptation. This challenge provides your own little INNER CIRCLE – a private Facebook for just you and your group. These people share your start date, your finish date, and they’re all going for the same goal. This element of the challenge is monumental when it comes to your success.
Research has proven over and over again that if you want to be successful in any area of your life, you must create goals and track your progress. In this challenge, tracking materials will be provided. In addition to your own personal level of accountability through the use of these tools, you will be held accountable by your group members as well. You will be asked to formulate specific goals that relate to your eating habits and you will be encouraged to weigh in on your progress on a daily and weekly basis throughout the challenge.
